How we work
The first stage in the process is for us to get to know you and your current financial situation. This can be completed by meeting in the office, over the telephone, via email or at your home at a time that suits you. This gives you an opportunity to discuss your requirements and to become familiar with your dedicated Adviser.
After our initial consultation we have the information needed to research the whole of the market and apply our knowledge and experience to find the best products to suit your needs.
Once we have found the products most suitable for your needs we will present our recommendation and ensure everything is explained in plain English. This gives us the opportunity to talk through the products and break down any costs which you may incur.
If you then decide to go ahead with our recommendation your Adviser will ensure all the correct boxes are ticked, the paper work is signed and application is submitted. At this stage your Adviser then works side by side with your own dedicated administrator from our experienced team. They will ensure your application goes smoothly, will be on hand to answer any questions and most importantly keep you informed at key stages. This also includes liaising with your Lender, Surveyor, Estate Agent and Solicitor to ensure your transaction is well handled from start to finish.
